🎯 About the Role:

As an Admin & Operations Intern, you’ll be the backbone of internal support functions. You will manage employee queries, coordinate travel, and ensure smooth operations through efficient data and email handling.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve employee queries via the internal helpdesk system.
Ensure timely closure of tickets within the specified TAT.
Coordinate with employees for travel-related tasks.
Draft professional emails and ensure proper communication flow.
Handle data management and documentation for auditing.
Perform manual fare calculations and booking oversight.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good knowledge of email etiquette and professional writing.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus.
Prompt response ability over calls and emails.
Must be pursuing graduation or post-graduation.
Availability for a 3-month full-time internship is required.
