🧾 Work You’ll Do

As a Payroll–Data Submission Associate Analyst, you will support Deloitte’s U.S. payroll operations by:

• Responding to payroll queries from employees and HR.

• Compiling and validating data related to one-time payments, loans, bonuses, and deductions.

• Assisting in prepayment processing (recruit advance).

• Coordinating corrections on employee data using SAP validation reports.

• Supporting off-cycle payroll requests, direct deposit rejections, and W2 corrections.

• Maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) standards.

• Collaborating with the HR operations team and other payroll stakeholders.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance or any stream

• 0–1 years of relevant experience

• Basic to advanced Excel skills

• Familiarity with SAP HR systems and accounting packages

• Knowledge of payroll processing, reporting, and variance analysis

• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills

• Typing speed: 30–40 WPM and 4000 KPH with ≤5% error rate

• Integrity and attention to data privacy standards
