📌 Internship Overview – IT Support Intern (Mumbai)
As an IT Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the digital infrastructure and managing SharePoint knowledge systems for the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, IT operations, user support, and digital knowledge management within a dynamic, mission-driven team.

Location: WRI India, Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 Days)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

🔧 Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Intern, your daily responsibilities will include:
💻 IT Support (30%)
-
Provide technical assistance for incoming queries related to software, hardware, and IT systems.

Support users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT devices.

Help maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.

Log and track issues using internal ticketing/helpdesk systems.

Assist in system updates, software deployment, and hardware inventory documentation.
📁 SharePoint Knowledge Management (70%)

Support the organization and streamlining of SharePoint sites and content libraries.

Work with team members to archive outdated data and clean up existing structures.

Assist with customizing SharePoint pages, applying metadata, and setting permissions.

Implement document management best practices, including version control and access tracking.

Train users and offer basic guidance on SharePoint functionalities as needed.
