🔍 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Research & Analysis

Conduct secondary research using Factiva, OneSource, Bloomberg, etc.

Prepare company profiles, competitive intelligence, industry briefs, thought-leadership reports.
Primary Research & Survey Administration
-
Help design and test surveys using ConfirmIt, Qualtrics, etc.
-
Customize surveys with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Data Analytics & Visualization
-
Analyze qualitative & quantitative data using R, Python, Excel Macros.
-
Develop dashboards and visual reports in Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense.
Thought-leadership & Insights
-
Create reports, articles, blogs, and point-of-view pieces.
-
Synthesize data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Client & Project Management
-
Manage multiple research & analytics projects, coordinate with global teams.
-
Maintain compliance with quality and data confidentiality standards.
✅ Eligibility & Skills
🎓 Education & Experience
-
Science, Engineering, or Business graduate (Masters/MBA preferred).
-
Up to 3 years of experience in Research & Analytics.
🛠 Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Familiarity with research databases (Factiva, Bloomberg, OneSource).

Added advantage: SPSS, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, R, Python.
