💼 Role Overview – Associate, Customer Support Engineer

Enphase is hiring now for fresh graduates to join as Associate, Customer Support Engineers in our Bangalore office. Be part of a 24/7 dynamic support team resolving global customer issues related to smart solar & energy products.

You’ll ensure quick resolutions for customers, coordinate with engineering teams, and become an expert in Enphase’s groundbreaking microinverter and storage technologies.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound emails, chats & phone calls, assisting Enphase customers globally.
Work in rotational shifts (including weekends & nights 9 PM–11 PM).
Troubleshoot Enphase products remotely & approve warranty claims.
Guide customers on pre-sales & new site activations.
Log all activity in CRM systems and escalate issues to engineering.
Maintain high standards of professional communication.
Participate in ongoing training on energy systems & industry standards.

🎯 Who Can Apply – Skills & Requirements

Graduates – B.E / B.Tech (Electrical preferred).
Freshers (new college graduates) with:
- 60%+ in 10th & 12th, 70%+ in graduation (mandatory to submit scores).
Strong English communication (written & spoken).
Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Computer proficiency (PC essential, Mac desirable).
Understanding of AC/DC circuits or solar/PV domain is a big plus.
