📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Manage administrative tasks: schedules, resource plans, project documentation.

• Help maintain project tracking tools like Oracle ERP and Arcadis Collaboration Hub.

• Assist in preparing invoicing, purchase orders, and monthly billing reports.

• Contribute to risk tracking, forecasting, and progress reporting.

• Collaborate with Project Finance and other teams for accurate financial documentation.

• Prepare and review project schedules, forecasts, and documentation.

• Attend project review meetings, track action points, and escalate issues when needed.

✅ Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Management, or related fields).

• 0–2 years of experience in project support, admin, or finance-related roles.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a strong plus.

• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Willing to work in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
