You’ll work with experienced professionals across functions to ensure seamless provisioning, tracking, and compliance of all IT assets across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do as an ITAM Analyst

Track and manage IT assets through established tools and best practices
Perform physical inventory checks and reconcile them with system records
Ensure adherence to ITAM policies and compliance standards
Collaborate across teams to streamline procurement and disposal processes
Maintain records in tracking systems and escalate for managerial inputs when needed
Work with the ServiceNow ticketing tool for efficient tracking and support

Qualifications & Requirements

BE/BTech (IT, Mechanical, or other Engineering streams) OR MBA (Finance/Operations)
ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in IT Asset Lifecycle Management
Optional Diploma in Asset, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management
