Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Cleanup:

Manage and update ServiceNow (SNOW) product information.
Clean up data in Tenrox, TIMS, IT Portfolio Projects, and ProPM.
Support vitality reporting in Enovia.

IT Support & Automation:

Assist in testing, reporting, and lower environment deployment.
Identify and execute automation opportunities using Lean and 5S principles.
Support Power Apps and ensure timely updates in SNOW.

Documentation & Knowledge Base:

Review and update knowledge articles.
Clean up and organize SharePoint & Teams Channels.
Contribute to AI tech exploration for engineering tools.

Required Skills
