Manage IT asset lifecycle — procurement, tracking, and disposal

Conduct physical inventory counts & reconcile with data systems

Ensure compliance with IT security and asset management policies

Use ServiceNow ticketing tool for tracking and issue resolution

Collaborate across functions for smooth operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned budgets, expense coding, and account reconciliations

Support month-end forecast and closure processes

Prepare financial reports, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc analysis

Use Deloitte reporting tools (SAP ECC, BW) for data management

Collaborate with Finance Managers and Controllers globally
