Role Overview

As a Graduate Engineer in the Kautex IT team, you will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing and quality IT systems. This role requires a mix of technical problem-solving skills, customer-focused service, and collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in testing, implementing, and enforcing IT standards aligned with global processes.
Manage and resolve IT service tickets using ServiceNow.
Support manufacturing quality systems such as BCAQ, QDAS, Calvin, EAM, and PowerApps.
Ensure IT solutions meet governance and security compliance standards.
Evaluate and recommend system performance improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation and procedural guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop tailored IT solutions.
Execute technology solutions with minimal downtime.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Exposure to Windows, Linux/Unix operating systems.
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases (a plus).
Awareness of incident management and IT troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills (fluent English, oral & written).
Customer-focused, collaborative, and self-motivated.
