Job Role – Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Handle technical support queries and provide product demonstrations to customers.

Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
Provide phone-based support to international customers, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.

Open to relocation to any Zoho office location.
