Role Overview

As a Learning Operations Specialist (Analyst level), you will provide administrative and operational support to Deloitte’s global Talent Development team. The role focuses on managing backend processes, coordinating training operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs.

In addition, you will collaborate with international clients, support virtual platforms, and contribute to firm-wide learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

Manage learning operations tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system updates.
Support planning and delivery of training programs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients across countries.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of tasks.
Take ownership of assigned processes and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to firm initiatives.
Utilize time management to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have the following:

Graduate / MBA / Post-Graduate degree.
0 to 5 years of experience in backend operations, learning operations, or administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of email etiquette and basic Excel functions (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates).
Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will be an advantage:

Knowledge of MS PowerPoint for creating presentations.
Experience with virtual platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, or Saba Meeting.
Case or ticket handling experience.
Strong client interaction and requirement gathering skills.
