Medpace is expanding rapidly and is looking for Junior Software QA Test Engineers to join their Information Technology team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves working closely with developers, stakeholders, and end users to ensure that Medpace applications meet the highest quality standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and end users throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing.

• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and project documentation.

• Identify, document, and track software defects.

• Ensure 100% test coverage by analyzing requirements.

• Participate in peer review of test cases.

• Support execution of acceptance test scripts by end users.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Hands-on experience in manual testing (automation experience is a plus).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
