🔑 Key Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise products and escalate issues as per procedures.
Handle client queries via email/phone, ensuring timely resolution.
Proactively monitor and notify clients about product delays, outages, or enhancements.
Conduct research & analysis to troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with product, development, and platform teams.
Ensure high client experience by identifying issues before clients report them.

🎓 Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s/PG degree in CS, Commerce, or Management.
0–1 years of relevant experience (freshers eligible).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SQL & Python.
Experience in application/client support.
