🔑 Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant/Support Engineer in the Technology & Transformation (T&T) team, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable technology solutions.

• Configure and manage robotics processes and core workflow solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation and support systems.

• Document solutions, test procedures, and user acceptance test (UAT) scenarios.

• Collaborate with process owners to design automation workflows.

• Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and design sessions.

• Deliver value through business process improvements and innovation.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.

• Experience: Relevant exposure to full-stack development & support engineering.

• Proficiency in Core & Advanced Java/.NET.

• Strong understanding of web development and object-oriented programming.

• Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, GitHub/Bitbucket.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
