Architect Microservices: Design and develop applications using a microservices architecture.

Champion Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, implement effective unit testing, and promote a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Lead and Mentor: Guide and support junior developers, helping them grow professionally while coordinating team resources and workflows.
Manage Risk: Take ownership for managing risk, strengthening controls, and ensuring all your work adheres to the highest standards of security and compliance.

What We’re Looking For (Key Skills)

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Deep, hands-on experience with either Java 17 OR very strong proficiency in React.
