Job Description

The GO-AI Operations team supports automation in Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. As an Associate, ML Data Operations, you will review and audit short video clips (15-20 seconds) from fulfilment centres to ensure inventory accuracy and stow quality.

This is a high-focus operational role, requiring attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Watch and audit several hundred short videos during each shift.
Use tools and human judgment to identify and mark product locations accurately.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity throughout the process.
Follow pre-defined break schedules and meet daily video analysis targets.
Work collaboratively with remote teams and attend virtual meetings (camera ON).
Occasionally attend in-office sessions when required.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills

High attention to detail for reviewing blurred or low-quality videos.
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Excellent focus and willingness to learn processes quickly.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Schedule

Shift Duration: 9-hour shifts (including breaks).
Weekly Offs: Two consecutive days off (rotational; not fixed to Saturday and Sunday).
Night Shift Allowance: Provided as per Amazon policy for night shifts.
