Job Description

Abbott is hiring Trainee Territory Business Managers (TBM) to join its dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting Abbott’s innovative healthcare solutions while gaining valuable industry experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by ethically promoting Abbott products as per the business plan.
Maintain the required doctor/customer call averages according to the customer management plan.
Organize Camps (CMEs) as per division strategy and customer needs.
Facilitate successful new product launches in the assigned region.
Create and update the customer database by therapy and product segments.
Ensure iPad adoption (if applicable) as per company norms and adhere to CLM call standards.

Brand Management

Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitor brands.
Generate Product Order Bookings (POBs) aligned with business plans.

Required Skills & Experience

Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or related fields.

Analytical thinking with attention to detail for sales and prescription audits.
Basic understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales (preferred).
Comfortable with digital tools and remote workflows.
