Role Overview

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and issue resolution for front-end and back-end applications. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to diagnose, troubleshoot, and implement solutions, ensuring seamless operations for Oracle customers across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and troubleshoot front-end application issues.
Capture data, apply fix tools, shadow end users, and test workflows internally and externally.
Perform back-end tasks including gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams during issue resolution.
Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of each issue.
Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing client needs and business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, or change management.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL.
Ability to adapt to different shifts and on-call support schedules.
Willingness to work the 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST shift.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for a global work environment.
