About the Role

As an Intern – Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be a part of Meesho’s Talent Acquisition team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in hiring processes, data-driven recruitment, and HR operations while learning from industry leaders in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Manage end-to-end interview processes and virtual hiring events.
Support in creating job posts, screening resumes, and sharing feedback with candidates.
Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to meet hiring goals efficiently.

What You Need
