Key Responsibilities

Deliver technology solutions and IT infrastructure for assigned projects and tasks.
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently within SLA timelines, escalating unresolved cases as per defined processes.
Accurately log, track, and update tickets in internal tools for all issues handled.
Prepare and share daily shift reports highlighting key issues and resolutions.
Act as a liaison with service providers to raise, follow up, and resolve issues promptly.
Participate in incident resolution bridge calls as the front-end representative for the Genpact Network Team.
Assist project teams in the commissioning of new customers and implementing change requests.
Apply knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and firewall devices for troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth shift transitions by adhering to handover protocols and accurate documentation.
Collaborate with vendors for faster, accurate resolutions during critical situations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
Theoretical understanding of DevOps environments and foundational knowledge of Python and Ansible.
Open to working on multi-platform environments.
