About the Aspire Program
The ICICI Bank Aspire Program is a career development initiative focused on nurturing young graduates and engineers into skilled relationship managers. The program blends classroom training with on-the-job learning, empowering candidates to deliver customer-centric banking solutions while embodying the core values of Seva Bhav, adaptability, and professionalism.
This program provides 2 months of residential training, followed by nationwide placements across ICICI Bank branches.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate or Engineer in any discipline. Post-Graduate or MBA freshers can also apply.

Academic Performance: Minimum 60% in 10th and Graduation.

Age: Below 25 years at the time of application.

Experience: 0–1 year of experience.

Mobility: Candidates must be willing to relocate and take up sales roles in any assigned location.
Program Structure

Training Duration: 2 months of residential classroom training.

Placement: Relationship Manager roles across India post-training.

Focus Area: Relationship management, client interactions, and sales strategies to deliver the right products and solutions to customers.
Compensation and Benefits
