📝 Role & Responsibilities

During the Apprenticeship, candidates will:

Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns.
Provide technical support via telephone and portal.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues.
Work on high-priority customer escalations.
Create technical content such as knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with product teams to advocate for customer needs.
Ensure responses are delivered within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
Handle 24×7 technical support operations.

🛠️ Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Frontend development: HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, React, CSS.
Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Tag Libraries, JSTL, Spring & Hibernate.
Exposure to PHP, Python, PySpark.
Knowledge of Web technologies: XML, XHTML, RESTful APIs.
Experience with databases & SQL queries.
Familiarity with operating systems and distributed applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA (no active arrears or backlogs).
