The Associate – Account Management role at Sutherland focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple digital channels. You’ll interact with customers via email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their queries.

Handle customer requests and inquiries through email, chat, or social platforms.

Meet and exceed contact center performance metrics and SLAs.

Maintain compliance with data security policies and non-disclosure agreements.

Participate in training, upskilling, and coaching sessions.

Maintain schedule adherence and contribute positively to team productivity.
