Role Overview:

This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments. You’ll contribute to foundational modeling, supply chain research, and rapid analyses that power interos.ai’s cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full modeling workflows—dataset evaluation, feature development, cleaning, and model design

• Analyze data using SQL and Python with domain-specific context

• Apply critical thinking to research design and data quality

• Leverage statistical modeling, ML, and GenAI tools

• Produce customer-ready intelligence and ensure reliability pre-production

• Create automated & manual data review processes

• Transform technical insights for presentations, blogs, and briefs

• Develop reproducible workflows to aid decision-making

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in economics, political science, IR, sociology, public policy, or a related field

• Quantitative coursework is preferred

• Proficiency in SQL & Python for data extraction, cleaning, visualization

• Skilled in statistical analysis or machine learning modeling

• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter mentality

• Ability to work cross-functionally or independently

• Interest/background in supply chains, national security, sustainability, finance, or climate topics

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $72,000–$100,000 USD (then adjusted for experience & location)

• Performance-based annual bonus
