Eligibility & skills

Qualification: BE/BTech – CSE/IT/ECE/EEE or equivalent Computer Science/Engineering degree
Strong logical and mathematical reasoning, excellent verbal and written English
Basic knowledge of databases & SQL, HTML & CSS UI, APIs and web services
Awareness of Scrum / Agile, and why load & performance testing matter for optimal performance
Understands developer responsibilities across the application lifecycle and shows curiosity about learning new technologies

Role summary

As a Trainee Low Code / No Code Developer, your primary focus is to learn the client’s BPMN automation platform, complete the Low Code / No Code Developer certification, and then work as an apprentice on live customer projects under senior developers.

You will:

Achieve BPMN Developer certification within 6 months
Participate in the full project lifecycle: define, design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the client’s automation platform
Join discussions with clients to understand business processes and technical needs and contribute to solution design in an Agile environment
Help design and launch relational data models, develop APIs, and support clients to become self-sufficient on the platform
