Accenture is hiring Associate Software Engineers (ASE) through a PAN India recruitment drive for 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-out graduates with 0–23 months of experience. This is a great chance for freshers to land a high paying IT job with a global technology and consulting leader.​

Eligibility criteria

• Highest Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Tech – All branches

  • M.E/M.Tech – All branches

  • MCA – All branches

  • MSc – All branches

  • Integrated Dual Degrees: BE+ME, BTech+MTech, BE/BTech+MS​

• Education mode: Only full-time education eligible (no part-time, distance, or diploma-only).​

• Experience limit: Maximum 23 months of full-time experience at the time of application.​

• Backlogs: No active backlogs during registration or onboarding.​

• Education gaps: No gaps allowed during the current highest degree; must be completed in stipulated duration (e.g., BE/BTech in 4 years, Dual Degree in 5 years).​

• Re-application rule: Candidate must not have appeared in any Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months.​

• Work authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in India (citizenship or valid work permit). Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work without a visa; others need a valid work visa / OCI / PIO card.​

Role overview & responsibilities

As an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, you will:

• Design, build, test, assemble, configure, and implement applications based on business requirements.​

• Understand business drivers and deliver software that meets performance expectations.

• Incorporate latest technology trends into solutions and contribute to automation, new functionality, and integration of technologies into existing systems.​

• Demonstrate strong aptitude to learn, analytical and problem-solving skills, and solid verbal and written communication.​

• Deliver high-quality code on time, participate in peer code reviews, and take ownership of successful solution implementation.​
