Medpace is a global, full‑service clinical contract research organization (CRO) that supports Phase I–IV drug and device development for biotech, pharma and medical device companies. For its Navi Mumbai office, Medpace is hiring full‑time Junior / Entry Level Software QA Test Engineers (Validation Engineers) to join the Information Technology (IT) team and help ensure the quality of internal software used in clinical research.​

What you will do as a QA Test Engineer

In this role, you work closely with developers and end users across the full software life cycle to ensure applications truly meet user needs. Key responsibilities include:​

• Performing testing using manual, exploratory and (where applicable) automated approaches for complex software applications.​

• Creating and maintaining test cases, test plans and other project documentation, and participating in peer review of test cases to improve coverage and clarity.​

• Identifying and reporting defects and inconsistencies, reviewing and supplementing requirement specifications and working toward 100% test coverage.​

• Helping facilitate execution of acceptance test scripts by end users during UAT or validation phases.​

This mix of responsibilities gives you strong grounding in both functional QA and validation practices in a regulated environment.
