Role overview – Apprentice, Drainage & Land Development
As an Apprentice, you work with civil and drainage engineers in Bangalore on roads, land development and stormwater/drainage‑related projects. You help prepare designs and documentation, learning how real‑world infrastructure is planned, modelled and delivered to quality standards.

About you – eligibility and skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed Civil Engineering or a closely related field (e.g., BTech/BE in Civil, MTech in Civil/Infrastructure, or equivalent degree).

Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts such as hydraulics, drainage, transportation and land development.

Willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively in teams.

Good communication, teamwork skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desirable: exposure to AutoCAD or Civil 3D, interest in drainage design or infrastructure projects, awareness of UK design standards (training provided) and curiosity about digital engineering tools.
