Role Overview – Associate Systems Administrator
As an Associate Systems Administrator, you will be part of the AMG / Cloud Reliability team, responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production infrastructure and applications.
This is a 24/7 support role where you will gain hands-on experience in DevOps practices, observability tools, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform 24/7 monitoring of applications and infrastructure
• Track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production environments
• Work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
• Support application releases and infrastructure deployments
• Maintain observability and monitoring tools
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge bases
• Collect and report system reliability and performance metrics
• Act as a liaison between Development, QA, Product, and Business teams
• Support cloud infrastructure build-out activities
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and tools
• Participate in SDLC and release support activities
Shift & Work Model Details
• 24/7 support model (3 shifts/day)
• Shift timings:
– 6 AM – 3 PM IST
– 1 PM – 10 PM IST
– 9 PM – 6 AM IST
• 5 working days per week
• Hybrid work model
• Work from office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Work from home: Monday and Friday
