Role Overview – ODC Analyst
As an ODC Analyst, you will be part of the CXO ODC team, which acts as a central point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests. Additionally, you will interact with customers through email, phone, and walk-in support, depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update ODC dashboards on a daily basis

Work closely with CXO ODC stakeholders and maintain SharePoint data

Identify process gaps and assist in documentation

Prepare ODC reports, presentations, and audit readiness checklists

Follow up with stakeholders using shared mailboxes

Coordinate ODC-related invoices and transactional activities

Assist with Active Directory tasks, including password resets

Coordinate meetings, calls, and MOMs
