Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join the Information Management Services (IMS) Australia and New Zealand Billing team. The role involves executing manual invoicing, credit processing, and month-end reporting activities to maintain financial accuracy.

The IMS ANZ Billing team supports daily financial operations for Australia and New Zealand business operations while maintaining high-quality standards and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions including manual invoices, credits, and re-bill requests.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and modify invoices when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to handle non-standard billing activities.
• Facilitate web invoice submissions and ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with organizational procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements / Skills

• Experience in data input and understanding of billing activities and billing close processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google G-Suite.
• Ability to use Pivot Tables and VLookups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer requirements with professionalism.
• Strategic thinking ability with strong integrity and positive attitude.
