About the Biometrics Team

The Biometrics team performs statistical analysis and programming tasks for clinical trials. With more than 700 statistical programmers and decades of industry expertise, the team provides high-quality statistical services across global clinical research projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in entry-level department functions as part of the apprenticeship program.
• Analyze and program clinical trial data.
• Understand the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes.
• Gain exposure to clinical trial documentation such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Support regulatory documentation related to IND and NDA submissions.
• Assist in organizing, analyzing, and reporting clinical data for drug safety and efficacy evaluation.

Requirements / Skills

• BE / B.Tech (CSE / IT), MCA, or M.Sc. in Statistics.
• Strong programming knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of statistics or clinical domain is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SQL and UNIX environments.
• Knowledge of SAS, R programming, or Python is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Office-based role.
• 5 days per week working schedule.
• 1-year fixed-term apprenticeship contract.
