Job Description

This role is designed for fresh graduates interested in cloud infrastructure, system reliability, and production environments. You will work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring production systems and identifying potential issues
• Support the 24×7 operations team under guidance from senior engineers
• Perform basic troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues
• Learn incident management processes and escalation procedures
• Maintain dashboards and monitoring alerts
• Assist in log analysis using tools like CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus
• Write basic scripts (Shell/Python) to automate tasks
• Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to runbooks
• Participate in post-incident discussions for root cause analysis
• Gain exposure to Kubernetes (EKS), cloud infrastructure, and microservices
• Take ownership of small operational tasks over time

Requirements / Skills

• 0–1 year of experience (internship/project experience acceptable)
• Basic understanding of Linux (Windows knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP)
• Basic understanding of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Route53)
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
