In this role, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and will help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure efficient handling of orders and timely revenue collection.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Solve routine problems using standard guidelines and procedures.
• Interact primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Follow detailed instructions for completing assigned tasks.
• Make decisions that impact your own work under close supervision.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team environment.
• Handle tasks related to order management, invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Receive and deposit customer payments.
• Apply cash remittances and credits or adjustments.
• Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting.
• Post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.
