The Quality Services (QS) team provides manual testing support across Amazon’s wide product range, including Devices, Retail, and AWS services. As an Associate, Quality Services, you will execute test instructions, produce accurate results, and ensure adherence to defined processes while learning and growing within Amazon’s dynamic environment.

About the Team

The Quality Services (QS) team is a 1,000+ member global organization based in Chennai, India, and Arlington, VA. They deliver manual testing support for:

• Amazon Devices (Alexa, Ring, Health & Wellness, etc.)

• Consumer Apps & Services (Audible, Delivery Apps, etc.)

• AWS Platforms (WorkDocs, Chime, etc.)

• Advertising & Video Services (Kindle Special Offers, IMDb TV, Amazon Studios)

The team provides a wide range of testing, including regression, new feature, accessibility, localization, and interoperability testing.
