• Perform data collection tasks related to Amazon devices, applications, or services.

• Execute assigned tasks daily by adhering to SOPs and predefined guidelines.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team managers to resolve delays or technical issues.

• Report software/tool issues to the development team as needed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Amazon policies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in a contact center or similar environment.

• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Must have PAN and E-Aadhaar.

• High attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience meeting performance metrics in operations.

• Knowledge of data processing and trade-offs.

• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis.

• Exposure to process improvement or Lean/6 Sigma initiatives.
