Internship Roles at Amazon

1. Team Lead – Intern (Operations)

As a Team Lead Intern, you will be responsible for managing operations in Amazon Fresh delivery stations. You will lead associates, ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes, and uphold Amazon’s high standards of safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end site operations, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Train, coach, and develop associates to meet performance and safety standards.

• Handle both day and night shift operations.
