What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking passionate freshers who have an interest in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. You’ll have the chance to work closely with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, create test cases, perform manual and automation testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Prepare user stories, functional specifications, and requirement documents.

• Participate in discussions to understand detailed business needs.

• Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements.

• Engage in manual and automation testing (using Selenium with Java or Python).

• Report findings and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.

• Continuously learn and apply test automation tools and methodologies.

Required Skills

• Interest in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Analytical thinking with great attention to detail.

• Knowledge of Automation Testing – Selenium (Java or Python).

• Basic SQL knowledge for writing queries and data validation.
