Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2024 and 2025 Pass out of B.E/B.Tech students ONLY with 60% or 6 above CGPA.
- Must have passed all subjects of graduation (Not just course completion certificate).
- Should have valid Graduation Provisional Certificate.
- Should have valid Aadhaar Card.
- Should not have applied or registered as an Apprenticeship with any other organization using Student Login of National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
- Candidates who are pursuing or completed Apprenticeship with any other organization are not eligible.
- Candidates who worked as an employee or working as an employee are not eligible.
- Indian citizen ONLY.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coding/Individual to gather and understand the functional reported issues/problems and drive towards solutions.
- Follow the software development lifecycle.
- Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to analyse all issues.
- Document unit test procedures and participate in the software development process to perform all tests on designs and ensure compliance with all Object-Oriented Programming activities.
- Diagnose all root causes to recommend required actions and assist in defining and classifying all issues and projects to avoid reoccurrence of issues and prepare automation responses if required.
Scope
- As an apprentice-in-training, you will exhibit an enthusiasm to learn and an interest in developing your skills.
- During a period of 12 months, you will work in different functional areas and be trained on the job.
- As part of the training curriculum, you will typically get involved in on-the-job training as well as platform-related classes, which you need to attend regularly.
- Collaborate with Senior Programmers to plan for coding and overall program development.
- Regularly update the project manager on progress and time estimations to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
- Translate program performance expectations documents into logical programming sequences and ultimately into code.
- The team is currently distributed across India, the US, and the UK and is expected to grow further.
- The incumbent will need to have team player qualities to associate with Leads, Managers, and Architects.
