Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee – Live Entertainment, you’ll support crucial operational tasks, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure smooth onboarding and execution of events and venues. Here’s what you’ll do:

Manage operational work related to festival listings and fixed venue activities.

Coordinate with business and support teams to onboard new events or venues.

Draft clear, grammatically accurate email correspondence.

Resolve customer and organizer issues with professionalism.

Assist in preparing agreements and initiating the payment process.

Support documentation and other backend operations for live events.
What We’re Looking For
If you’re someone who loves multitasking, has a flair for organizing, and enjoys interacting with people, this is your perfect start into the entertainment industry.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute under minimal supervision.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to draft professional emails and perform basic calculations (discounts, percentages).
