Manage IT tickets: categorization, prioritization, and tracking.

Use Capgemini’s AI bot CHIP for faster issue resolution.

Troubleshoot technical issues like internet access, password resets, etc.

Ensure First Contact Resolution to improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain and update the knowledge base to speed up support.

Promote usage of internal IT tools and services.

Support clients across industries like telecom, finance, healthcare, and technology.
