Roles and Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at CGI, your responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in AI-enabled recruitment functions and transformational TA projects.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare HR reports, support ad-hoc data requests, and generate actionable insights.
Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to TA processes and support operational efficiency initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates for smooth operations.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with accurate documentation and data handling.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn HR processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycles and talent acquisition strategies.
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
