What You’ll Do

 

As a new Python Developer at CGI, you’ll join a friendly team that makes new software programs. Right away, you’ll work with experienced developers and help out on important projects.

• Write Code: First and foremost, you’ll write clean and working Python code for our projects.
• Help Build Software: In addition, you’ll be part of every step of making software, from planning and building to testing.
• Fix Problems: You will also help find and fix technical problems in our apps to make sure they work well for everyone.
• Work in a Team: To get things done, you’ll work closely with other teams and share your ideas in team meetings.
• Keep Learning: Finally, you will need to learn about new trends and tools in the world of software development.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

 

To get this job, you need to have the following. For that reason, please read the list carefully before you apply.

• Education: You must have a 3-year Bachelor’s degree, either a BCA or a BSc in Computer Science or IT.
• Graduation Year: Most importantly, you must be a graduate from the 2024 or 2025 batch.
• Good Grades: You also need good grades, with at least 60% marks in your 10th, 12th, and degree.
• Python Skills: You need to know the basics of Python programming, including common tools and ideas like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Git Experience: In addition, you should have some experience using version control tools, especially Git.
• Helpful Skills: It would be a big plus if you have some knowledge of web tools like Flask or Django or databases (SQL or NoSQL).
