Cognitus, a global IT services and consulting company in the SAP ecosystem and now part of IBM, is conducting an Off Campus Drive 2025 to hire SAP Trainees for its Mumbai and Hyderabad offices with a CTC of 6.5 LPA and a clear growth path in enterprise technology.​

Job details

• Job title: SAP Trainee​

• Location: Mumbai or Hyderabad (Day Shift)​

• Salary: 6.5 LPA​

• Graduation year: 2025 passed out only​

• Education: Graduate or postgraduate (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA) in IT, CSE, ECE, EEE or any computer-related branch​

• Experience: Freshers​

• Employment terms: 2-year bond​

• Date of joining: Immediate​

Desired skills

• Strong academic understanding of database concepts and basic SQL operations​

• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and core programming fundamentals​

• Hands-on familiarity with Java or any scripting language via coursework, projects, or internships​

• Eagerness to learn with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interest in SAP technologies and enterprise systems​

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and support basic project tasks in SAP environments​

• Participate in hands-on project assignments, knowledge sessions, and workshops, contributing to the SAP implementation lifecycle​

Selection process

• Round 1: NCET Test (mandatory)​

• Round 2: Domain competency test​

• Round 3: Technical interview​

• Round 4: HR discussion​
