🎯 Job Descriptions by Role

Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations

• Perform database operations, write stored procedures, and execute test cases.
• Handle service tickets and resolve issues using ITSM and analytics tools.
• Strong focus on automation and innovation in projects.

Analyst Trainee – Multicloud Support

• Monitor production servers, manage incidents, and support Cloud, Storage, Networking & Messaging.
• Work based on SOPs and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
• Participate in continuous service improvement (CSI) plans.

Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services

• Provide Tier-1 technical support to end users globally.
• Diagnose & troubleshoot IT issues across hardware/software systems.
• Maintain knowledge bases and documentation for better resolution.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

IT / Smart Operations:

• 60% or above in X, XII, UG (no rounding off)
• No active backlogs at the time of joining

Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services:

• 50% or above in X, XII, UG (no rounding off)
• Open to all 3-year full-time degree graduates

Note: Students awaiting revaluation will be considered based on initially declared results.
