Role Summary
The Junior Software Developer will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that support business automation. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and other developers to create impactful applications that streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Apply OOP principles effectively in both theory and practice.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop software programs.

Analyze requirements, create workflow diagrams, and plan programming sequences.

Review and improve existing business systems and procedures.

Document business requirements, deliverables, and technical specifications.

Evaluate client needs to develop and maintain software applications.

Conduct software performance tests, debug, and optimize systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Math.

Strong understanding of workflow technology and process automation.

Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

Proficiency in at least two programming languages/frameworks: JavaScript, React, HTML5, ASP.NET MVC, C#, CSS, .NET, Docker.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
