Position Summary:

The Analyst Trainee role involves the development of technical and behavioral skills, application of cutting-edge technologies, and delivering solutions in Technology Consulting. You’ll work with global clients, develop system proficiency, and build capabilities in communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical capabilities in Technology Consulting projects

• Understand and analyze business requirements

• Create and manage technical/functional documentation

• Participate in application design, coding, development, and unit testing

• Create testing data & execute test scripts

• Support infrastructure activities and process/tools adherence

• Collaborate with stakeholders via meetings, calls, and emails

• Suggest practical solutions and drive process improvement

Eligibility Criteria:

• Year of Graduation: 2025

• Academic Aggregate: 60% or CGPA 6.5+

• Eligible Degrees/Branches:

  • Bachelor’s in Technology/Engineering (B. Tech/B.E.) — Computer Science and Allied branches, IT, Circuit branches

  • Master’s in Technology/Engineering (M. Tech/ME) / 5-year integrated courses — CS, IT

  • Master of Computer Application (MCA)

• Note: Should not have applied for any consulting profile at Deloitte US–India Offices within last six months

General Expectations:

• Register as an apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act (tripartite agreement)

• 1-year probation from joining date

• Strong analytical, communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills

• Ability for independent and team work

• Effective time/task prioritization

• Good coding skills in any language

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Professionalism and quality-focused mindset
