Deloitte is looking for dynamic and motivated professionals for the role of CXO – End User Support across multiple locations in India. 🧾 Work You’ll Do
As a part of Deloitte’s Information Technology Support Services (ITS), your key responsibilities will include:

Providing end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and network systems
-
Offering world-class customer service at ITS walk-up support desks
-
Managing asset tracking, hardware/software configuration, and installations
-
Installing and configuring firm-standard images on laptops and desktops
-
Handling mobile device activation, configuration, and issue resolution
-
Supporting audio/video conference systems, including daily checks and event setups
-
Collaborating with LAN/WAN/Telephony teams for local hands-on technical activities
-
Performing Active Directory administration, password resets, and workstation support
-
Promoting IT services, engaging business users, and documenting troubleshooting steps
-
Participating in after-hours emergency support as per service agreements
🏢 About the CXO Support Team
The CXO End User Support Team is a core part of Deloitte’s ITS organization, operating across major cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, and Chennai. This team supports Deloitte employees with:

Laptop setups for new hires

End-of-lease device transitions
-
Mobile device (PDA) support
-
Printer support and configuration
-
Video conferencing and telephony system troubleshooting
🎓 Required Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. / Engineering Graduates
-
Technical troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of:

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Zoom, Windows, and MAC operating systems
-
Networking, Video Conferencing, Audio/Video Systems
-
Mobile Device Hardware/Software & Active Directory
-
💡 Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

ITIL Certification
-
Microsoft MCITP Certification
-
A+ / N+ Certification
-
Industry certifications (e.g., Dell, HP)

Basic knowledge of network/system security
