Job Description

In the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Associate Analyst role, you will provide support in delivering excellent service to the North-South Europe firm. The role focuses on providing high-quality first-line learning administration support while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The position requires working closely with the Learning & Talent Support Services team to deliver solutions that meet user needs and HR Services objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Adding classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
  • Processing of all scheduled reports.
  • Provide delegate list.
  • Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work.
  • Closing classes and processing post-course evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensure system related activities or updates are completed accurately within deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation.
  • Work within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
  • Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree.
  • 0–1 years of work experience in learning administration, back office service operations, or customer service operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualification

  • Prior experience in training and development domain.

Additional Information

  • Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM.
  • Supports Deloitte organization in the UK with HR services, financial reporting, administrative services, and helpdesk support.
